We are a small family run building company based in Morland, near Penrith, Cumbria. Rob Heritage is a Director and the Builder, with over 25 years experience.
Rob initially worked as a Civil Engineer on road infrastructure, before deciding to pursue his real passion for building. Rob’s projects have included designing and building villas with swimming pools in Lanzarote, a Ski Chalet in Les Gets, France, a development of three barn conversions alongside a block of commercial workshops just outside Keswick, Cumbria, aswell as many local extensions and house renovations.
A recent exciting project saw Rob design and build an eco-friendly 4/5 bedroom new build in Morland, Penrith. The house is a timber framed structure, highly insulated, with solar power and battery back-up, an air source heat pump, and a rainwater reclamation system.
